OMIPs

Julie Bruhn was kind enough to send me a few articles on optimized flow panels. Mario Roederer and Attila Tarnok announced the new OMIP format in Cytometry Part A. The first two, OMIP-001 and OMIP-002, are on my favorite bit of work - antigen-specific T cells. I'm quite optimistic about its utility and ability to promote sharing of methods. Prior to this publication format, it was damn tough getting investigators to share their hard-earned panels.
